1. Reducer

The electric hoist adopts a three-stage fixed shaft helical gear transmission mechanism. The gear and gear shaft are made of heat-treated alloy. The box body and cover are made of high-quality cast iron. They are tightly assembled and well sealed. The reducer is a part of itself, and it is extremely difficult to load and unload.

2. Control box

The wire rope electric hoist adopts a device that can cut off the circuit in an emergency, and is equipped with up and down travel protection cut-off limiter. The safe operation of electric hoist is maintained. Electrical components have long service life and reliable use.

3. Wire rope

Anti-rotation wire rope. Thickened rope guide. Adopt GB1102-74 (6 × 37+) type lifting wire rope, which ensures durability.

4. Tapered motor

Nanjing special motor. The lifting motor adopts large starting torque conical rotor braking asynchronous motor without additional brake. The load duration of the motor is 25%, the motor adopts Class F insulation, and the motor protection grade is IP54.

5. Button switch

The hand-operated type is light and flexible, which can be divided into wired handle and wireless remote control.
